The ingredients are:
  • 6 scallions
  • 2 chilies ( anaheim chilies)
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 3 avocado, chopped
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 cup tomatoes ,chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: In food processor add chilies and scallions

  • Step 2: Puree

  • Step 3: Add cilantro and lime juice , vinegar and avocado and 1 hard boiled egg just a light pulse just until combined

  • Step 4: Put in bowl and fold in tomatoes

  • Step 5: 2 chopped hardboiled eggs and avocado
