Step 1: Heat an oiled, large, non-stick frying pan over a medium heat and add bacon in two batches and cook, turning once, for about 2 to 3 minutes, or until browned and then remove and drain on absorbent kitchen paper.
Step 2: Heat a barbecue grill plate to 200C.
Step 3: Place pizza bases on large oven trays.
Step 4: Combine sauce and garlic in a bowl and divide over bases and spread to cover and sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese over each base and divide onion, thyme and bacon over cheese.
Step 5: Slide pizzas onto heated barbecue plate.
Step 6: Crack eggs evenly over top and sprinkle over remaining cheese and close the lid and cook for about 15 minutes, or until eggs are cooked to your liking and bases are crisp.
Step 7: Serve with rocket and extra barbecue sauce.
