The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (diced)
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs (diced)
  • 1/2 pound sausage, Polish (sliced)
  • 1 lime, whole
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic,smashed
  • 1 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 5 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 3 cans (45 ounces) navy bean (3 cans/15 ounces each)
  • 1/4 cup parsley, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add lime juice to chicken and let set 10 minutes

  • Step 2: Heat oil. Saute chicken, thighs first

  • Step 3: Add onion, then add more oil if needed

  • Step 4: Add sausage. Heat

  • Step 5: Add spices and tomato paste

  • Step 6: Add garlic and broth, beans and thyme. Cook 30 minutes. Add parsley
