Step 1: Put chicken broth in small saucepan and bring to a boil. Add orzo and cook 10-12 minutes or just until tender.
Step 2: In the meantime, place 2 teaspoons olive oil in small skillet on medium-low heat. Add peppers and onions. Saute till onions are translucent. Add fresh thyme and saute 1 minute. Add minced garlic and saute 30 seconds. Take off heat.
Step 3: When orzo is cooked, drain in a mesh strainer and return to saucepan. Add sauted veggies, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil, black pepper and chopped basil and parsley. Stir well to combine.
