  • 2 cans (15 ounce) french sliced green beans
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 red bell peppers, chopped fine, medium
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped fine, medium
  • 1 onion, grated, small
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup parsley, minced
  • Topping:
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish, grated
