  • 47 grams caviar (black or red local caviar, 8 teaspoons)
  • Sprinkle of Dill wee or bit of fresh dill

  • Step 1: Just before serving place a teaspoon of sour cream on one side of the melba toast rounds

  • Step 2: Add a teaspoon of cavier beside the sour cream

  • Step 4: Serve and enjoy with your Champagne
