Ingredients
- 75ml white rum
- 7ml Branca Menta (1 1/2 bar spoons)
- 30ml lime juice
- 5ml sugar syrup (1 bar spoon, equal parts sugar and dissolved in water)
- 150ml passionfruit soda
How to Make

Step 1: Fill a tall glas with ice nd add all ingredients except soda and stir to combine.

Step 2: Top with passionfruit soda and garnish with lime wheel and fresh mint.

Step 3: If you are entertaining and have a soda carbonator (soda syphon or Soda Stream), the drink can be pre-prepared.

Step 4: Thjis is also great way to give the drink extra bubbles.

Step 5: Simply combine all the ingredients then before serving, carbonate and simply pour over ice in a tall glass.
