  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups milk, boiling
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/16 teaspoon cayenne pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook the corn in the water for 20 minutes

  • Step 2: Cut corn off cob and cook cobs in water another 10 minutes

  • Step 3: In another stock pot heat butter and flour. Season

  • Step 4: Add corn water without cobs. Stir. Thicken

  • Step 5: Add milk and corn .Stir

  • Step 6: Add cream but don't allow to boil
