  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 box (8.5 ounce) cornbread/muffin mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 15 ounces creamed corn (canned)
  • 15 ounces whole kernel corn (canned, drained)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  • Step 3: Cream together butter and sugar in a large bowl with electric beaters or mix master. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each is added to the butter mixture. Beat in sour cream.
