Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 6 to 8 chicken thighs
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 2 green peppers sliced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 (16 ounce ) can tomatoes (I use plum tomatoes)
  • 1/4 cup dry wine
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, crumbled
  • Flour, to dust chicken

How to Make

  • Step 1: In large pan over medium heat add oil. Saute onion green peppers and garlic. Remove from pan, set aside

  • Step 2: Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, dust with flour, slowly brown on both sides

  • Step 3: Return sauted vegetable to pan. Add tomatoes, wine and crumbled rosemary

  • Step 4: Simmer until chicken is tender. Serve with rice
