  • 1 tablespoons sugar

  • Step 1: Cream butter and 1/2 cup sugar

  • Step 2: Add rest of sugar and add to creamed mixture

  • Step 3: Add zest

  • Step 4: Beat well

  • Step 5: Add sifted dry ingredients

  • Step 7: Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet

  • Step 8: Put a raisin on the top and sprinkle with sugar
