Step 1: Place instant tea powder, non-fat dry milk powder and spices including vanilla powder in a blender. Blend till it's a fine powder. Pour into a large bowl and add Splenda and non-fat powdered coffee creamer. Blend with a wire whisk, or if you have a large enough blender, you can do it in that. Store in a airtight container.
Step 2: 2 heaping tablespoons per cup of boiling water.
Step 3: *You can find powdered vanilla at most health food stores. I like it because it only uses 1/4 of what liquid vanilla requires. And you can mix it in with your dry ingredients.
