Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 82 grams rolled oats (1 cup)
  • 4 large eggs
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup artichokes, chopped (marinated)
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach leaves (chopped, English)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup pasta sauce (tomato based)
  • 1/2 cup shredded Havarti cheese
  • 2 teaspoon dried oregano

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 190C.

  • Step 2: Mix oats and 2 eggs in a small bowl, eason with salt and pepper and set aside.

  • Step 3: In another bowl, combine the artichokes, broccoli and spinach and mix well and set aside.

  • Step 4: Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray or use 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and add the oat mixture and spread thinly to shape in a round pizzas base and cook for 1 minute on each side, then remove from the pan.

  • Step 5: Spread base with the pasta sauce and spread half the shredded cheese over, followed by the mixed vegetables and then finish with the remaining cheese, then sprinkle with the oregano.

  • Step 6: Crack the remaining eggs on to the pizze and seson with salt and drizzle with the remaining olive oil and bake for 6 minutes or until the cheese is melting and the eggs are opaque but not overcooked.
