  • 1 package (6 ounce) raspberry jello
  • 2 cups water, boiling
  • 1 can (15 ounce) whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 can (20 ounce) crushed pineapple (drained, save juice)
  • 1/3 cup wine, port
  • 1 package (3 ounce) cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (save 12 whole ones)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix jello with boiling water

  • Step 2: Add cranberries to dissolve

  • Step 3: Mix in pineapple and walnuts you have chopped

  • Step 4: Add port. Put in pan. Chill overnight

  • Step 5: Put cream cheese mixed with pineapple juice until it is thick but pourable on top and place walnuts like a clock
