  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 pound sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can ( 15 ounce) artichoke hearts (drained)
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 pound tomatoes, cherry
  • 2 tablespoons chives, minced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
  • FOR DRESSING
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 4 shallots, minced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
  • 2 tablespoons dill, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 3 drops hot sauce (Tabasco)
