Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the half and half with sugar, coconut, eggs, flour, butter and, coconut extract and vanilla; pour into pie shell. Place the pie onto a baking sheet.
Step 2: Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F for 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool to room temperature. Serve slices with a dollup of whipped cream. Refrigerate leftovers (right like your going to have any leftovers, no way!!!).
