Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup butter,
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup nuts (chopped)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows (I use white)
  • 6 ounces chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter (I use crunchy)
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal

How to Make

  • Step 1: In mixing bowl, combine flour cocoa and baking powder, set aside

  • Step 2: In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs and vanilla

  • Step 3: Fold in flour mix and nuts

  • Step 4: Bake in a greased 9x 13 pan in a 350 oven for 15 to 20 minutes

  • Step 5: Remove from oven, evenly spread mini marshmallows over cake, return to oven for 3 minutes. Cool

  • Step 6: TOPPING, in saucepan over medium hear melt chocolate chips and peanut butter (I use the mico wave) Add rice krispies. Spread over cooled cake

  • Step 7: Cool. Cut into serving size bars. (dipping knife in hot water makes the cutting easier) refrigerate
