Step 1: In mixing bowl, combine flour cocoa and baking powder, set aside
Step 2: In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs and vanilla
Step 3: Fold in flour mix and nuts
Step 4: Bake in a greased 9x 13 pan in a 350 oven for 15 to 20 minutes
Step 5: Remove from oven, evenly spread mini marshmallows over cake, return to oven for 3 minutes. Cool
Step 6: TOPPING, in saucepan over medium hear melt chocolate chips and peanut butter (I use the mico wave) Add rice krispies. Spread over cooled cake
Step 7: Cool. Cut into serving size bars. (dipping knife in hot water makes the cutting easier) refrigerate
