Step 1: In a large skillet, cook the celery and onion in hot melted butter until tender; about 10 minutes.
Step 2: Add all seasonings to the butter mixture in the skillet, and stir well until througly mixed.
Step 3: Add the butter seasoning mixture, beaten eggs, and broth to the large bowl of bread cubes. Mix together well.
Step 4: Put the dressing into a greased 13x9 casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake 35-45 minutes in a 325 degree oven. Uncover the last 10 minutes.
