  • 42 grams dated (6 dates), pitted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried pineapple (40 grams), finely chopped
  • 1 cup rolled oats (90 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon almond spread (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut (40 grams)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Process carrot, date,, pineapple, oast, almond spread, if using, cinnamon and nutmeg in a food processor until almost smooth and well combined.

  • Step 3: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
