Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 21 grams pitted dates (3 medjool dates)
  • 1/2 cup almond spread (140 grams, almond butter)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 cup oats (traditional oats, 90 grams)
  • 1/4 cup flax seed (ground, 45 grams)
  • 2 tablespoon dried fruit (your favourite)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine dates, almond butter and maple syrup in a food processor, pulse until dates are fully chopped and combined.

  • Step 2: In a bowl mix together oats, flax seed, dried fruit and cinnamon and add date and almond butter mixture and stir until fully combined and then roll tablespoons of mixture into balls.

  • Step 3: Place balls into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
