Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 500 grams shrimp (prawns, frozen panko coated specified)
  • 1 packet (400 gram) coleslaw mix (dry kit will have dressing in the packet with the coleslaw)
  • 4 (240 grams) bread buns (brioche buns, split and toasted)
  • 1 avocado (stoned, peeled and thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup thousand island dressing (125ml)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook the prawns following packet directions and make the salad kit following packet directions.

  • Step 2: Place the bun bases on serving plates and top with coleslaw, avocado and prawns and drizzle with dressing and top with buns tops to serve.
