Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 cups cooked long grain rice
  • 3 shallots chopped
  • 3 stalks fresh asparagus,chopped 1 inch pieces
  • 3 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped, (Use less if you wish)
  • 3 large mushrooms chopped
  • 1/3 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/3 cup fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 tablespoons teriaki sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Spray a large skillet or wok with olive oil

  • Step 2: Add all the ingredient except the teriaki sauce, cook over medium heat, stirring frequently for about 15 minutes
