Step 1: Mix all ingredients with a small wire whisk or fork. Store in an airtight jar.
Step 2: To use, oil all sides of steak (or any kind of beef) with olive oil and rub steak rub well into meat surface (about 1/2 teaspoon per side, or more depending on size of piece of beef). Grill 5 minutes per side per inch for rare, longer for more doneness.
