Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 lettuce heads (romaine or butter lettuce or your favorite, trimmed, washed and dried)
  • 1/2 cup tomato vinaigrette (or your favorite vinaigrette dressing)
  • 2 large eggs (hard-boiled and sliced)
  • 2 to 3 green onions, sliced (white and green parts only)
  • 1/4 pound ham (Serrano ham, cut into strips)
  • 1/4 cup olives (assorted black and/or green olives)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Tear the lettuce and put in salad bowl; toss with some dressing and then arrange on a platter, topped with the rest of the ingredients (ham - olives) and spoon the remainder of the dressing on top.
