Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 can ( 16 ounce) chili (no beans)
  • 1 can (16 ounce) hominy (drained)
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 15 ounces beef sirloin steaks (3 minute steaks, 5 ounce, chopped)
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Pepper, dash
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Mexican cheese blend)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In deep skillet, put in oil, onions and minute steak. Brown steak on medium high. When browned add rest of ingredients except the cheese blend. Turn heat and simmer on low for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. When done top with cheese, cover, remove from heat. When cheese is melted, serve.
