Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 packet (205 grams) blinis (mini blinis)
  • 200 grams labneh
  • 2 cucumbers (Lebanese cucumber, cut into ribbons and halved lengthways)
  • 300 grams smoked salmon (2 x 150 gram portions hot-smoked salmon, flaked)
  • Lemon zest, to serve

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat blinis following packet directions.

  • Step 2: Spread each blini with labneh and top with cucumber, salmon and lemon zest and season with salt and pepper and serve.
