The ingredients are:
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1 red chili, whole (Thai chili)
  • 2 serrano chilies (minced)
  • 125 grams chicken breast (cooked, diced 1 cup)
  • 1/4 cup sliced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced yellow onion
  • 1/4 cup green beans (cut 1inch pieces, long Chinese beans if you have them)
  • 1/2 cup basil, minced (Thai)
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cups cooked Jasmine rice (day old)
