Pulse the walnuts & Parmesan in a food proc until crumbly. Add the lemon juice. While the machine is running, add the oil in a slow, steady stream. Taste & add salt or garlic as desired. Spread the mixture on the rounds.
Step 3: Serving Suggestions: Serve the bruschetta as parts of an appy assortment -- OR -- Serve as a combo starter course w/avocado wedges or a sml serving of fruit like grapes, a melon slice or strawberries.
