The ingredients are:
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • 124 grams almond milk (unsweetened vanilla, 1/2 cup)
  • Chocolate protein powder (with 100 calories per serving, 3 tablespoons)
  • No-calorie sweetener (1 packet like Truvia, about 1 teaspoon)
  • 1 1/2 cups ice (crushed, about 12 ice cubes)
  • 3 cookies (22 grams Oreo Thins (lightly crushed, 1/4 ounce)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a tall glass, combine cocoa powder and coffee granules with 1/4 cup hot water. Stir to dissolve.

  • Step 2: Add coffee mixture to a blender, along with remaining ingredients except Oreo Thins. Add 2 Oreo Thins to the blender, breaking them into pieces.

  • Step 3: Blend at high speed until smooth, stopping and stirring if needed.

  • Step 4: Crush remaining Oreo Thin, and sprinkle on top.

  • Step 5: MAKES 1 SERVING
