Step 2: Meanwhile in a large skillet melt butter, onion powder and garlic powder over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth; gradually add cream; bring to a boil then cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat to low then stir in cheese until melted.
Step 3: Drain macaroni then add to cheese mixture; stir for 3 minutes or until heated through.
