Step 1: Sift dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 2: Beat the eggs and add milk, then stir gradually into the flour mixture. Combine until you have a smooth batter. Beat with egg beater until full of air bubbles.
Step 3: Fill hot greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake in oven preheated to 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 20 minutes or until crisp.
