Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (at room temp)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons liqueur ( Bailey's Irish Cream liqueur)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Using an electric mixer on med speed, beat the cream cheese, sugar, Bailey's Irish Cream & vanilla until well-combined & smooth.

  • Step 2: In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the cream on high until soft peaks form.

  • Step 3: Fold about 1/3 of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Then gently fold in the remaining whipped cream.

  • Step 4: Spoon the cheesecake mixture evenly into the mini tart shells & chill at least 4 hrs. The size of commercial tart shells can vary, so you may have an excess of cheesecake filling you can put in a sml bowl. :-)

  • Step 5: TO SERVE: Serve as is or garnish as desired (a sml strawberry w/a mint leaf is nice).
