Step 1: Preheat a sandwich press.
Step 2: For each toastie, place a croissant base on a clean work surface and spread with a quarter of the mustard and top with a quarter each of the rocket, ham, egg and cheese and top with remaining croissant top.
Step 3: Cook in sandwich press, in batches, for 5 minutes or until heated and toasted and serve with French fries.
