Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 split (200 grams) croissants
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 50 grams baby rocket leaves
  • 120 grams ham (lean ham, thinly sliced)
  • 4 large eggs (soft boiled, sliced)
  • 125 grams brie cheese (oven-baked triple cream brie, thinly sliced)
  • Oven-baked French fries, to serve

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat a sandwich press.

  • Step 2: For each toastie, place a croissant base on a clean work surface and spread with a quarter of the mustard and top with a quarter each of the rocket, ham, egg and cheese and top with remaining croissant top.

  • Step 3: Cook in sandwich press, in batches, for 5 minutes or until heated and toasted and serve with French fries.
