Step 1: Soak knox 10 minutes in 1/2 cup applesauce.
Step 2: Mix sugar in 2/3 applesauce boil.
Step 3: Add first mixture and cook slowly 15 minutes, stir frequently.
Step 4: Remove from heat add Orange juice concentrates, extracts, nuts.
Step 5: Pour into greased 11x8 pan, let set up 2 days, cut and dredge in powdered sugar, granulated sugar.
