Step 1: Begin by making your seasoning from the celery salt, ground pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, dry mustard, ground nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves. Mix in a small bowl and keep nearby.
Step 2: In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil and stir in 2 tablespoons of your prepared seasoning until combined well.
Step 3: In a covered baking dish, add the cubed potatoes, ears of corn (if these were purchased frozen, you'll want them thawed out), and the smoked sausage.
Step 4: Pour the seasoned water mixture over the top, add bay leaves, and toss a little to coat everything.
Step 5: Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Step 6: Remove from oven and discard bay leaves. Add shrimp (again, if these were purchased frozen, have them already thawed) and butter. Toss to coat everything well.
Step 7: Continue baking for about 5-7 minutes.
Step 8: Remove from oven and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of prepared seasoning and lemon juice over the top and toss to coat.
Step 9: Serve immediately. Serve with any remaining seasoning for individuals to add as they wish.
