  • 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips (can use more)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (or 1/2 cup pecans, chopped, optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 12 regular size muffin cups or line with paper liners.

  • Step 2: In a bowl combine the flour with both sugars, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl whisk the milk with eggs, butter, and vanilla until well blended.

  • Step 3: Add milk mixture and stirring with a spoon until JUST combined.

  • Step 4: Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.

  • Step 5: Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups. Bake for 17-20 minutes or until muffins test done.
