Step 1: Mix the first 4 ingredients together and mix till light and fluffy; add the rest of the ingredients.
Step 2: Chill 3-4 hours or overnight (I do mine overnight).
Step 3: On lightly floured board, roll thin; cut in shapes; place on ungreased cookie sheet; sprinkle sugar on top.
Step 4: Bake 350-375 degrees (depending on oven) for 6-8 minutes depending on your thickness; cool on rack.
Step 5: You may also decorate them with icing. Pretty!
