Step 1: Cook carrots in a steamer until they're tender-crisp which should take 4-5 minutes.
Step 2: Remove from heat.
Step 3: Melt Butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 4: Stir in brown sugar, honey & 2 tablespoons of the Kahlua and cook until it bubbles.
Step 5: Mix the remaining Kahlua with the cornstarch and stir until it's a smooth mixture. Add to the brown sugar mixture.
Step 6: Add salt and cook until the mixture thickens.
Step 7: Add the carrots and toss gently to coat. Continue cooking until the carrots are thoroughly heated.
Step 8: Put carrots in a serving dish and top with the crumbled bacon.
