  • 1 banana, large (peeled and chopped, freeze chopped pieces for a thicker creamier smoothie)
  • 2 tablespoon psyllium husk (Macro Organic recommended)
  • 2 tablespoon almond spread
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tablespoon hone (Macro Organic recommended)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus extra to serve
  • 120 grams ice cream (2 scoops lactose-free ice-cream)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • Step 1: Place all ingredients except ice cubes into a blender and blend until smooth.
