  • 2 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • Rum extract to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Separate eggs.

  • Step 2: Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.

  • Step 3: Gradually beat in 1/2 cup of sugar.

  • Step 4: In separate bowl, beat egg yolks with 1/4 cup sugar and milk.

  • Step 5: Fold egg yolk mixture into egg white mixture.

  • Step 6: When blended, add whipping cream and rum extract.

  • Step 7: Chill before serving.

  • Step 8: Pour into glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
