  • 1/2 cups sherry
  • 2 yellow onions (diced)
  • 2 bell peppers (diced)
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 pounds potatoes, diced (4 potatoes)
  • 2 cups mushrooms
  • Salt, dash
  • Pepper, dash
  • Cayenne pepper, dash
  • Garlic powder, dash
  • Basil, dash
  • Worcestershire sauce, dash
  • Thyme, dash
