Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 15 grams Nutella (1 tablespoon Hazelnut Spread)
  • 30 grams digestive biscuits (crushed, 2 biscuits)
  • 4 cups milk (4 cups)
  • 250 ml thickend cream (1 cup)
  • 200 grams dark chocolate (coarsely chopped)
  • 86 grams marshmallows (12 large white)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat a grill/broiler on low.

  • Step 2: Spread the Nutella around the time of 4 heatproof serving glasses or mugs.

  • Step 3: Place crushed biscuit on a plate and di the rim of each glass in biscuit to coat.

  • Step 4: Combine the milk, cream and chocolate in a large saucepan over medium-low heat and stir for 5 to n7 minutes or until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth and heated through.

  • Step 5: Place the marshmallows on a baking tray lined with foil and cook under the grill/broiler for 1 minutes or until toasted.

  • Step 6: Pour hot chocolate evenly among the glasses and top with the toasted marshmallows and serve immediately.
