  • 1 jar (4 ounce) diced pimentos (drained)
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped (toasted)
  • 24 slices (24 ounces) whole wheat bread (or 24 slices pumpernickel bread)

  • Step 2: Using a 3- to 4-inch bat-shaped cutter, cut 2 bats from each bread slice.

  • Step 4: Top with remaining 24 bats.
