Step 1: Place the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, stirring continuously until melted.
Step 2: Stir in the orange juice, Amarula Cream, half the can of evaporated milk and orange rind. Stir till smooth.
Step 3: Whisk the remaining evaporated milk until thick and fold into the chocolate mixture.
Step 4: Pour into a fondue pot and set over a low flame.
Step 5: Serve with a selection of fresh fruit and sponge fingers.
