Step 1: Preheat oven to 30-degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Cook spinach according to package directions and drain.
Step 3: Mix with onion soup mix and sour cream.
Step 4: Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Step 5: Cover with grated cheddar and bake until cheese is lightly browned and casserole is bubbly, approximately 30 - 40 minutes.
