  • 1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (13 ounce) coconut milk
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 7 1/2 ounce pie crust (one 9-in flaky basic crust, blind-baked)
  • 1/4 cup coconut, flaked (toasted, or shredded coconut, toasted)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 325F. Whisk together condensed milk, coconut milk, egg yolks & salt.

  • Step 2: Pour into blind-baked piecrust & bake until the center is set but still slightly wobbly (50-60 min).

  • Step 3: Let cool & then chill until firm (4-5 hrs). Top w/toasted coconut before serving.
