Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes (not oil-packed), chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Asiago cheese, finely shredded
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • Assorted fresh vegetables or baguette slices, if desired

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix tomatoes and water. Let stand 30 minutes. Drain thoroughly.

  • Step 2: Mix tomatoes, cheeses, sour cream and onions in 3 cup bowl.

  • Step 3: Microwave uncovered on Medium (50%) for 3 minutes, stirring every minute, until cheese is melted.

  • Step 4: Place in a crock pot on low to keep dip warm.

  • Step 5: Serve dip with assorted vegetables or baguette slices.
