Step 1: Butter a 9x9x2 inch square pan.
Step 2: Blend pudding mix with corn syrup in a large sauce pan.
Step 3: Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat and blend in peanut butter. Add cereal and stir till thoroughly coated.
Step 4: Spread mixture evenly in prepared pan with buttered back of spoon.
Step 5: Cool about 30 minutes or until firm.
Step 6: Cut into 1 1/4 x 3/4 inch pieces.
