  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 package (15.4 ounce) creamy white frosting mix
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1 1/2 cup flaked coconut (toasted)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In top of double boiler melt butter in milk.

  • Step 2: Stir in frosting mix and instant coffee.

  • Step 3: Heat over rapidly boiling water for 5 minutes, stirring ocassionaly. Stir in coconut.

  • Step 4: Keeping mixture over hot water, drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.

  • Step 5: Cool until firm.
