  • 3/4 cup icing sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
